The aubergines in oil is a 100% Made in Italy product made with organic aubergines just harvested from our lands in Puglia
A truly tasty product made with aubergines from our certified organic farm and with the addition of apple vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chilli and mint.
For the production, the aubergines are washed and cleaned and left to macerate in vinegar and salt for about two and a half minutes. After being squeezed, the aubergines are placed in jars with mint, garlic and chilli and covered with extra oil until completely filled.
Organic Aubergines in oil can be used to enrich a snack, as a side dish, to enhance a first course, served on croutons, they go perfectly with a rich platter of cold cuts and cheeses. Organic Aubergines in Oil are also the perfect side dish for a selection of grilled meats.
Upon opening, you can immediately smell the scent of extra virgin olive oil, mint and garlic, but only by tasting it can you savor the taste of traditional aubergine.
