Freshly picked basil leaves are used for the production of pesto. After washing them, they are cooked in boiling water until they become tender. They are then drained, squeezed and left to cool. Once cold, they are blended with almonds until creamy.

When the jar is opened, you immediately feel the fresh scent of basil. The taste is particularly intense, to which a crunchy note of almond is added.

Our Organic Basil Pesto is excellent for seasoning Orecchiette and other types of pasta and is ideal for a vegan diet as it does not contain cheese.

A really simple but very tasty and versatile product, obtained with Red Datterini Tomatoes from our certified organic farm.

The Pickled red grape tomatoes are selected and processed immediately after harvesting. They have a delicate and sweet taste, and a sapidity accentuated by cultivation with brackish water.

These vegetables contain a good amount of potassium and a minimum concentration of sodium: this makes the Datterini a food with good diuretic and detoxifying qualities.

Organic Red Datterini Tomatoes are a source of precious nutrients, especially potassium, phosphorus, vitamin C, vitamin K and folate. The red color of Organic Tomatoes is due to an antioxidant, lycopene, which is very useful for our body.

It is a versatile preserve, in fact it is possible to use them on pasta by preparing a real sauce (just cook them briefly in a pan), they are excellent as an appetizer, and it is also possible to use them to enrich a drink, such as the Bloody Mary.

The aubergines in oil is a 100% Made in Italy product made with organic aubergines just harvested from our lands in Puglia

A truly tasty product made with aubergines from our certified organic farm and with the addition of apple vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chilli and mint.

For the production, the aubergines are washed and cleaned and left to macerate in vinegar and salt for about two and a half minutes. After being squeezed, the aubergines are placed in jars with mint, garlic and chilli and covered with extra oil until completely filled.

Organic Aubergines in oil can be used to enrich a snack, as a side dish, to enhance a first course, served on croutons, they go perfectly with a rich platter of cold cuts and cheeses. Organic Aubergines in Oil are also the perfect side dish for a selection of grilled meats.

Upon opening, you can immediately smell the scent of extra virgin olive oil, mint and garlic, but only by tasting it can you savor the taste of traditional aubergine.
